This website has been (1) prepared for the prospective client who wishes to “do their homework” before selecting an attorney for their case. Our office does not operate as a personal injury "mill." While we will advise you as to whether a settlement offer is appropriate, we prepare our cases as though they each go to trial. We do this as it optimizes what you will receive as a recovery in your case.
